Getting Helpful Information for Your Business

It's really important for businesses to understand how people use their services. This helps them make customer experiences better and test out new ideas. That's why we created Event Tracking in Flow Builder. This new feature gives businesses the tools they need to turn data into real improvements that make a big impact.

What is Flow Builder?

Flow Builder, managed by Giuseppe Fontanella, is a tool that helps businesses create and manage chat conversations on popular apps like WhatsApp and Instagram. It's designed to be easy for anyone to use, with simple drag-and-drop features. This means you don't need any coding skills to build great chat experiences.

Why We Needed Event Tracking

As businesses built more and more chat flows, they started needing better ways to see where users might be leaving the conversation (drop-off points) and how to keep them more interested (improve engagement). The idea for event tracking came directly from this need for more detailed information.

Now, it helps businesses make much smarter decisions based on what their users are actually doing.

When we officially released Event Tracking, we made sure to include helpful guides and documents. This helped many businesses start using it in their active chat flows right away.
